Chefs--I need help scaling down a recipe? - gigantic cup and saucer

I know I should be as simple as dividing the amount, but I'm having problems with the amounts. The recipe was given to me in such a large scale and want a few small batches to make maybe four. Could you on this great cause in a reasonable size.

41 / 2 pounds of vegetables
3 pounds of vegetables
87 liters of liquid
62 liters of liquid
25 liters of liquid
2 cups liquid
1 cup sugar
